The Fieldstone Leadership Academy

Southern California FCA, in partnership with The Fieldstone Foundation is proud to announce our new program, the Fieldstone Leadership Academy. It is exclusively for students in Southern California who are active in our Campus Ministry Program.

When students who are involved in FCA graduate from High School, our desired outcome is for them to:
     1. Have the courage to stand alone if necessary.
     2. Be confident in who God has made them to be.
     3. Work to make the world a better place.
     4. Have a passion to know and serve God.

The Leadership Academy is a great resource that will help shape the convictions and character of our student leaders. The Academy has three parts:
     * Lead Like Jesus Training - January 17-19, 2009
     * Spiritual Gifts and Processing - February/March 2009
     * Community Service - April 25, 2009 - Special Olympics in Long Beach

We believe this experience will change the way you see Leadership and help you be the Leader that God wants you to be. We will notify you before December 1st regarding your spot in the Academy.
